British Airways Expands St. Louis–London Flights to Daily Service for Summer 2027

Just five months after restoring direct transatlantic connections to Missouri, British Airways has announced a major expansion of its non-stop service between St. Louis Lambert International Airport (STL) and London Heathrow Airport (LHR) for the summer 2027 schedule.

The flag carrier will scale its frequencies up to seven flights per week during peak travel windows, adding over 35,400 seats on the route—representing an 80% total capacity increase compared to summer 2026.

The decision underscores strong transatlantic leisure and corporate demand following the route’s inaugural flight on April 19, 2026, which marked the return of direct flights between St. Louis and London for the first time in over two decades.
